As a beginner, before you start using a drone camera, you should know all the rules and regulations to secure others. Here are some basic rules that you'll need to follow all the time.
- Fly drone camera under the 300 mph.
- Below speed under the 100 mph.
- Fly drone during sunlight.
- Avoid flying in stormy and rainy weather.
- Aircraft must under 55 pounds.
- All-times keep aircraft straight.

Pilot License:
Before attempting to fly a drone camera you required to get a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Remote Pilot Certificate. Your age must be over 16 and you will pass a test. The total cost spent in this process is almost $150 for the initial exam, at any FAA-accredited Knowledge Testing Center.
If you're unable to pass the test, you can retake it after the 2-3 week and prepare yourself to pass the test. Through this test you'll know all the rules and law which you must follow as a user.
